What equipment will you be carrying on your van when you arrive?

Our vans are fully equipped with all of the latest state of the art equipment. Our vans are plain white with no sign writing on - this is due to the equipment on board being worth thousands so, by advertising, this could mean our vans become targets to crime. Please do not be alarmed when we arrive in a unwritten van.

I'm concerned about calling after office hours (i.e. during the night)

Don't be concerned about calling during the night - we have had clients who call at all times of the night, so contacting us early in the morning with a burst pipe or blocked drain is an everyday practice for us

How long on average do you take to arrive from the call?

It could take us 10 minutes or 2 hours, depending on the area you are from. When you call, the manager will give you an estimated time of arrival. Our response times are good, so rest assured we will be there A.S.A.P.
